Hands-on technical training leads to certification on OEM equipment that includes, mtu, Allison Transmission, Volvo Penta, Detroit, and Mercedes-Benz. Business and essential-skills training develops skills that enable employees to work together to achieve business goals. Topics include leadership, communication, customer service, time management, and problem solving.

We partner with key technical training centers to seed one of the industries most advanced Apprentice Development Programs. Aimed at staffing our On-Highway and Marine service teams, the Apprentice Development Program is a fifteen-month structured development platform designed to bring the high-performing tech-student graduate to the performance levels required to be successful within our organization. Apprentice Technicians have risen to advanced tech levels, as well as middle and upper leadership positions.
